1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Titanium Works services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Titanium Works provides professional consulting and development services specializing in Nix ecosystem technologies, including but not limited to NixOS, Nix-Darwin, Linux kernel development, and Unix system administration.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate project requirements and specifications
Timely communication and feedback
Providing necessary access credentials and resources
Payment according to agreed terms

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created during the engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Titanium Works retains the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during the project.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Titanium Works' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.

9. Changes to Terms

Titanium Works reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
